Haiku is a Japanese poetry form that, in classical English usage, consists of three short lines of
5, 7, and 5 syllables. The verse is non-rhymed but conveys an image or feeling in two parts. Contemporary
Haiku allows flexibility on the number of syllables, but typically will use even fewer syllables. Although traditionally
referencing a season or nature, we are instead referencing bicycles/bicycling, hence "BHaiku." (this should be considered
pseudo-haiku)
